ABOUT PETER
My path began in medicine, learning to care for the body. Over time, that care expanded toward something less visible but equally vital: the ineffable space between people, where trust, misunderstanding, and possibility live.
I studied with Dr. Fernando Flores at Logonet and Business Design Associates, exploring how language generates action and relationship. As a Master Somatic Coach certified by the Strozzi Institute, I deepened my practice around the emotional and embodied dimensions of trust, especially in contexts where power skews what can be said or heard.

For 25 years, I have worked with The Williams Group, supporting Ultra High Net Worth families in navigating the ethical and relational tensions of succession, wealth, and legacy. My approach is never about control or technique, but about listening and skillful engagement, helping people speak into complexity without rupturing trust.
Across all these settings, my commitment is to orchestrate conversations where where new futures become visible, not imposed, but emerging in dialogue.
Now, I work with people, groups, and organizations where something essential is at stake: trust, meaning, belonging, legacy.
My work invites a shift in orientation from doing to listening. I summarize this work in my book, Listening for Candor: Building Trust in Relationships that Matter.
